Talking intake flow numbers

Does anyone have any information on trick flow street heat/track heat intakes, Ford GT40 Intake, and the holley intakes?? I want to know what the peak flow #s are.... and if porting the lower would increase #s..

I'm looking for an intake that flows around 250 cfm

Thanks!
