Default it's aaalll mine.....

welp, that's it. it's finally mine, all mine. as of last month i have completely paid off my loan for my mustang. and for those of you who bought your very first Mustang with your OWN money through hard work and determination, you know how good it feels when it's completely paid for. i feel like i've accomplished something in way heh. anyway, i just thought i'd share that because it feels really good to finally OWN the car i thought would take forever to obtain.

thanks for the time

Default NICE !

Tod, I did mine sort of backwards, I saved up for 7 years, and then paid cash up front for my 94.. I resisted taking the loan out and splurging, instead waiting for the "deal" to come.. It came, just took a long long time..

Congrats, hey, you need to make up a signature for your car now !!

Just take the money you would spend on the payment and spend it on mods

Good Tod. Happy for you, man. As mentioned b4, now you can splurge on mods.

hey guys, thanks for the kind words. i would have responded earlier but i'm everywhere but in here it seems sometimes. yea it feels awsome, now it's just dealing with that killer insurance

she still runs VERY well for a '94, it's got the bare basic mods as of now; 2 chamber Flows (2 1/2") with 3" chrome tips, K&N air filter, and the silencer is coming out pretty soon (i know i know, it takes 5 mins to take out). i'm gonna wait for the engine to darn near die then drop in a 11 or 12 second engine instead of splurging on a bunch of mods just in time for the rest of the car to give out. it's at 80K miles right now, so i might have to wait awhile, if it takes too long i'll just swap it when i have the money heh.

for now, i want a crotch rocket to give me my daily dosage of speen until the car is done. that would be cool.

My problem is after I pay one off I tend to get ride of it and buy a new one. Then the big nasty payment starts all over again.

heheh neither am i believe me. yea, sucks the way these cars are too stinkin reliable ya know? lol. well, when i get enough money to drop a serious engine in it, depending on how good the one now is, i'll just sell it i guess. don't know enough about that part of it to really say what will happen. things are really cluttered right now, and money and extra time are both tight. if i have to, i'll just put it away for a bit, save up the cash then go gusto and do a bunch of mods at the same time. and in the meantime, convince my dad to buy either a '69 Mach 1 428 CJ, '70 Boss 429, or my personal favorite Mustang; a 1968 Shelby GT500KR *shuuuuder*
