It's finally over...
Well, after 7 long months, my divorce papers were in todays mail! I am happy to report that I got to keep my Mustang. I had to give up the jetski and trailer and a bunch of cash but I would rather have the Mustang anyway. As she was signing off the title last week I told her about the upcoming article in Mustang Times on my Mustang. I know I should have let it slide but she fought me for every last little thing and SHE was the one that filed. So, it is with great joy that I say "Good Bye" to her.

Congratulations!!!
On to bigger and better things! I'm glad you got to keep your stang! |
Yes, definately on to better things. My EX-wife had a daughter who just turned 17. She was the source of the marital friction. I did everything for those two and they just kept asking for more. I drove over 100 miles round trip to and from work so her daughter could stay in the same school system. I did that for almost 5 years!! I purchased a horse for her daughter, a car when she turned 16, the jet ski, clothes, clothes, and more clothes. My ex- wife actually told me she filed for divorce to "beat me to the punch" so it would cost her less money. Yeah, I must have really meant something to her. Well, my girlfriend certainly appreciates all I do for her. She actually asked me why my ex-wife would even consider divorcing someone like me. I'm glad the ex did file, I'm much happier!!

I'm only 18 and I've already learned that nice guys finish last.... But don't give up, some woman just don't know what they have tell it's gone. It happen with me and my ex-gf. I know I'm young but I believe I've learned one of the most important lessons in life. We went out for a year, and I gave her so much but it still gave her the reason to look around for other guys, meh' I don't even care anymore. Now she wants me back more then ever and I just tell her she is to late and should of thought that awhile ago. There are other woman out there, that'll make me and you happier. Just never give up.... Best Wishes for the Future, §am. |
Better Days
Good Luck to you. I myself was just bailed on after 15 years. For a damn computer game of all things. Everquest. Oh well, he was "Tron" the whole time. Bad mixture. I did my indentured servant stint and gave it my all.
If you did all you could for your Ex and her daughter and they took advantage of you, that's too bad. Women really do suck (Although I am one of them, I am NOT one of THEM.) I myself cannot belive that there are people out there that play the victim and then end out being a "Player". My Ex and I decided to dispose of the assets and liabilities prior to the filing. So I still have a nice long road to hoe. :). As soon as I knew he was jamin' I said "And by the way, YOU get the Exploder {Explorer :)} and I'm taking the Mustang. :) He always drove him too hard and didn't take care of the poor car. It killed me to see a man treat a nice car so mean. Pretty sad that in the end that is all I wanted and I have been having a ball fixing him up. I get to put the BBK Strut Tower Brace on tomorrow. I hope the darn thing goes in with little effort. I, unfortunately, will have to drill the holes myself. So far my most frustrating thing about this is trying to find someone who still owns a corded drill so I don't have to play battery exchange. Wish me luck..and again..On to better times and better people :) -Jane |

Well, I am 34 years old, no children, and a good job. My girlfriend is 35, no children, REALLY good job, and a nice house. We have both been married before and we have talked about everything possible to make sure neither one of us goes into the relationship blindly. I trusted my EX and everything she told me without looking into any of her statements. BIG MISTAKE. I really did believe it would last forever. Things started to fall apart a month after we were married. I really did try to make things work but you can't buy someone's affection. In the end, I wish her and her daughter well. The totaly ironic part of this whole situation is this: My girlfriend lives 15 miles from where I used to live so I still drive over 100 miles round trip to work. That is the part that really drives my EX bananas because she thought she would not see me ever again. We have run into eachother 2 times (me and my girlfriend and her and her daughter) since the seperation. Just for the record, I met my girlfriend 3 months ago and I did not know her while I was married to my EX.
Thanks to everyone for your support. |
