That is absolutely GREAT!!

One of the greatest days of my life was when I bought my first house! Been here 10 yrs or so

. My dad gave me a home repair book, it has come in handy. Go get yourself a home repair book to keep it up and get busy paying that sucker off!!

THAT'S TOO COOL!!!! I'm looking to buy one myself here in the next 6-8weeks!!!! I CANT WAIT!!!! GOT my first appt w/ the realter on Sat. morning to go looking. Thats what i'm doing right now is looking at houses online!
I'm tired of throwing thousands of $$$$ away every month on a stinking' apt!!!!!
I'm real happy w/ you and glad it went well!!! Hope I will be as lucky as you!!!!!

Bought my house a year and a half ago. Felt like they were doing a full body cavity search when I went through the mortgage process but it was well worth it in the end. BTW, your garage is freakin' huge! Mine is 18' x 19'. I'd love to have space for a 3rd car.
