Just when I thought I was done...
Last week, installed Tokico Illumina shocks & struts. Monday, installed my 4.10 gears. Tuesday, got my "racing" ticket dismissed. Today, installed Ford "C" Springs and got new tires.
Sounds good right? That's exactly what I thought until they backed my car off the lift after installing the tires - that's when they tore up my front bumper with the lift! Now there is a nice hole in the drivers side of the front bumper (I'll get pictures tomorrow). Luckily the shop gave me no hassles about fixing it, but I need to get 3 estimates before they can start working on the paperwork. Hopefully it won't take them long to get things rolling after that, because it takes Cervini a week in order to get the bumper to me. c'est la vie |

Damn dude, that sucks. Fortunatley bumper covers arent that hard to replace, and arent to expensive.
That would give me the excuse to get a Cobra front bumper cover. (No, I wouldnt try to pass my car off as a cobra, I just think they look sweet. I'm not a Ricer...Honest.)

I already had the Cervini Stalker kit installed.... so now I'll just be replacing that and can't even use this opportunity to upgrade. The estimates came out to be just over $1000.00.
Maybe I'll get a check that will be big enough to let me do a little extra shopping, but I'm not holding my breath. |
