In the state of GA you can not sue your employer if you were hurt on the job. Also no pain and suffering can be paid to you. You only get wage reimbursment up to 400 a week. And if you decided to sue WC the most you can recieve is 100 grand if you loose your life. 20grand for loss of limb. It is paid in installments of 250 dollars a week. If you want one lump sum you get 25% of the settlement.
