Well I know there has been some talk about a Mustangworks get-together but no one even came close to getting anything setup.

So I figured that I would go down to Bowling Green and check out the corral's version. I think theres already about 150 people signed up. Its a saturday in late July. Just some camping (or hotel for the weak), cookin out, and best of all alot of drag racing (and a portable dyno as well)

I'm not nearly as active of a member over there (about 75posts) as I am here, but its still a good site and alot of information is available there, as it is here.

Theres also a whole forum dedicated to it as well with even more info on it, so check it out and if you are interested, then let me know either by email or PM. I'm gonna try to get a small caravan together and head down sometime between 3-5PM the Friday before. I think its about 3.5-4 hours from Indy

I would have loved to go, but the Stang is not running right yet, and I'm just too damn far away! :( Oh well, maybe next time! I hope that everyone that DOES go, has a good time! :)

Kentucky? Might as well be in Germany. Just a little outside my definition of "a hop, skip and a jump away".

I read this thread and have to wonder how long a thread that promoted a Mustang Works get-together would last on the Corral website?

About three minutes is my best guess.

I don't know how well such a post as this would fair on The Corral, but I don't think Chris Ihara would delete it either. I'm not that bothered by anyone going to Corral Day. Chris and I are cool, and I know that a large number of users frequent multiple sites. That's ok, just so long as you don't forget where your #1 site is! ahahahah :p

I'm with Crazy Horse, if you must go, then make sure you have MW decals on and where your MW T-shirt... Thanks Crazy Horse! :D

hey meet me & tireburner in chattanooga & we can convoy there i know the short cuts, it's about 3 hours from my house if we can get through nashville , at the right time.we are going to meet fri at the rest area over the tn line, off the 59 into 24 merge.:)

Totally cool and well put...I was wondering about the hospitality comment (especially since MW does NOT have a corresponding get-together:rolleyes: )...I mean, Corral and MW ARE messageboards, not rival companies. I believe a good number of Mustangworkers post on both boards, including myself occasionally.

Although I won't be going, it certainly sounds like fun! I heard last year's event was a blast :)

Well I'll be their...I can take some people up with me if they want to go??? My dually will hold at least 5 people. If everythings going right me and Josh are gonna go for a little cruise down the block.hehe

i don't think i've ever posted on the corral ,but it seems to me most mustang folks are pretty hospitaple .....i've been to two superstallions meets and i don't post there much ,but all the folks over there were great and didn't seem to mind..........seems as long as you got a mustang ,then you got friends on any board ......thats just too cool:D

MustangKelly96, I'm gonna try to get a small caravan of stangs to head down there. We're thinking about leaving from Greenwood and picking up I-65 from there. Just thought i'd let you know incase you were interested or didnt know how to get there.

I'm thinkig about getting line lock and 2 four banger mustang rims and tires and entering the burnout contest to see if I can dethrone any of the dedpedals. Marty you saw the video of Kevs winning burnout at corral day last year right? Just crazy
