there are two eibach spring kits. The lowering ones and the drag racing ones. Lowering springs don't transfer weight very well and are stiff and the drag racing springs retain the stock ride height (or close to it) and have soft rates for better weight transfer. A good compramise would be V6 mustang springs because the front will drop about 1/2" from what i've heard and the rear a little bit. The rear springs are progressive rate so you can't cut them because of their shape. Unfortunately their lowering springs are "sport" springs and have higher springs rates than stock to keep them from bottoming out and also to handle corners better.
