Question Lincoln LS, has anyone thought about....

Throwing a Supercharger on it and seeing what else could be done? I say you could get about 350 out of it. Think about it, a 4 door family Lincoln that will out perform a stock Cobra.

Wouldn't that piss off the Exec's at Ford? Anyone wanna try it?

I have thought about that. Espcialy one of those LS8 with the sport package. I love these cars. If i had the money i would go buy one today. Throw a vortech or something on there and do some damage.

The good old blown Mark VIII would be a killer ride if you ask me. Do a 6spd conversion to it and slap a supercharger on that 4.6L DOHC. Some other upgrades and welcome to the 12's, easy.

Wow. It doesn't compare, but the picture below was my version of a Camaro killer sleeper (10 years ago). That is one sweet Linc! Now, please do me a favor. My eyes might be getting old, or I need a bigger monitor, but would someone please explain the intake hose routing on that for me? Please!!!

Take care,
-Chris

Nope. It's a nitrous injected Olds 403 in a '77 Buick LeSabre. Dynoed at 521hp.

I want to get a new Lincoln Town car... say 98 or so. Put a New 99+ GT 4.6L 2V motor in it. Add some 3.73's, beef up the AOD tranny. Add a cooled vortech and have a big roomie car that can run 13's.

Better yet, Get one of those Lincoln's and put a big thumper turbo on it and run high 9's. Thought about doing that to mine but GOD who needs that much power in a daily driver. Mine is too much for around here in the big city of Atlanta.

Quick side note....does anyone know if Lincoln made the manual trans LS? I thought they were going to in the V6 model, but I've never seen one. That'd be nice wouldn't it?
