Post Weld lug nuts

I had the tires mounted on the new Welds today and was going to put them on the car but... The instructions say to use only Weld lug nuts. Anyone have Weld rims and not use their lug nuts??

I have Welds and do not use Weld lug nuts. I believe that is only for warranty purposes. I use a the right 'type' of lugs nuts (which are different from an old regular lugs nuts) but they are not Weld brand. Works perfectly. Just remember, when you do put them on, you will definitely have to retorque them after ~20-30 miles.
