Default bucking driving me nuts

Hey all,

I've had this problem ever since I installed a 5.8. At low speeds, 30 and below, it'll buck. Dives me nuts. I've had the fuel pressure checked, had the vaccum checked it's good. I have a code, but it's for a pullution valve and I am told that this problem would not cause the bogging.

Any Ideas?
