I did the same thing.
The more time you spend analyzing the page the more you will realize just how fake it is. If you wanted to make fun of a ricer how would you do it to really piss the guy off? Make a fake web page of him and post it on all the ricer boards! I'm willing to bet it is a prank, and a d@mn good one at that.
