The shop in Houston where I get my car dynoed is a Viper shop, TNT Motorsports. When I was there last time, the car coming off the dyno ahead of me was one of their special projects (about $40,000 on top of the $85,000 for the new original car).
It registered 600 RWHP on the motor (as apposed to 480 at the crank, stock) and 900 RWHP with the 300 shot. This outfit makes some mind boggling Vipers.
I don't think I would ever dis Vipers after what I saw.
