Talking Most pitiful car accessory?

just inquiring about some of the "attitude adders" that have been seen by all the wonderful MW stangers. Can be anything on any car!

Well...I'll exclude all import accessories on this because everything about them is pitiful and that would be a long list. I would have to say it would be this body kit I saw in a magazine once. It was for turning a Mustang into a Mercedes (well...the body of a Mercedes anyway). The kit costed abut $10K just to look like some dinky little Mercedes. It almost made me cry/vomit.

The worst thing I ever saw was in the JC Whitney ricer, er, "sport compact" catalog. They sell rear view mirrors that are 3 and 4 times the size of a normal one. Very very very stupid.

the mirror has to be that big so that the driver can search the whole rear area for the stang he is racing, but alas, the stang isnt back there.

I visited some buddies last night and this guy was working on his Civic (barf) he was putting in $10 hoodpins on his stock metal hood. He said he was doing it just for looks. That's just sick. Worst part is the Civic has very very minor engine mods. I'm talking like wires and a MSD Blaster Coil. He probably can't even break into the 16's. And he has hood pins... Nice guy though, but hes kinda got the ricer mentality. No stickers though!

I always thought the worst car accessory was the dice in the mirror. Haven't seen any in a long time though.

My friend works at Advance Auto, (and I might soon), and they sell slip-on seatbelt pads with japanese writing saying different brands of car, and the "Racing" in english beneath.
The worst one says racing in Japanese, and then still says racing in english. Yeah, racing racing. Awesome.

How bout the actual daisy wheels I've seen advertised for beetles. Ok, puke. I've also seen teddy bear wheels too. Same company, lord I hope they go out of business soon.

Uh oh...I think I am going to be here for hours on this one haha! Here goes!

1.) Chrome rocker panel trim. I even saw some with zebra stripes on it

2.) Those little crown air freshners people sit on their dashboards

3.) THE PRETTY LADY STICKERS!!!!! 'nuff said

4.)Those headlight stickers with cutouts that people think make their car look custom: just looks cheap

5.)Hideous plastic chrome windshield wipers (the double kind)

6.) Cab Fairings and all other customizations for overzealous truck owners

7.) ANYTHING LOONEY TUNES!! i.e. Taz floor mats or Tweety seat covers

8.) Screw on chrome exhaust tips

9.) Purple do it yourself window tint with bubbles!!!!!!

10.) Window louvers!!!!!!! *barf*

11.) Neon lights under cars *blah*

UGHHHHHHHHH no moreeeeeee I do have to eat today!

Inferno: what fox body mods are you talking about??? I only see saleen wings, cowl hoods and aftermarket rims. As a non-ricer import lover, I think you know about those damn 4 foot high wings and all, improper lowering etc etc. I think that's what 84_GT350 meant. Personally I think your Supra is pretty darn clean

The worst are the idiots with the huge sticker on the windshield that says 'latin cruiser' and then they put fringe all around the running boards on the car. ick.

I wasn't saying that I don't like the older foxes...I think they look more aggressive than the later ones. Why do you have such a hate for imports. I like all cars.
