Default Mustang Question (HELP PLEASE)

Hi , I have a 92 Mustang GT. I recently purchased a 95 Cobra Manual Trans new. I put it in with the Centerforce clutch, the one for $350 and I have a new motor... also regular 5.0 302 motor. I also put in a Pro 5.0 Shifter. I'm having a lot of problems with the trans not shifting right or going into the gears right when the trans gets hot. Do you know what could be the problem? Also, the Fly wheel has been cut and my new motor burns a lot of oil! I have a one step over cam inside a BBK air induction and High performance pully and a fuel pressure gauge, but it still burns oil. Can you please help me with these problems? Thanks... I really appreciate it. Luch

Is it burning the oil or is leaking out somewhere? A new engine will be a little harder on oil for a while until it breaks in and the rings seat. Were the heads new as well? If not when were they last re-built?
It sounds as if you need to set your clutch up properly. Do you have an adjustable cable? Try pulling up on your clutch pedal with your hand. This sometimes works with the stock set-up.

Try posting this on the Windsor Power forum, you will get a better response.
