The ZX9R isn't down on power. 1/4 times and trap speed are ahead of the 929, and only a tick behind the R1 or two clicks from the Gixxer. Pipe and jet kit the 9R will see 120rwhp longer than a Hayabusa. The engine is everything it needs to be to stay competitive, but the chassis just isn't setup to be as crazy as the other liters. Pretty much the same story with the ZX6R. I don't know about the latest R1, but the R1 was using the same engine that was in the FZR1000 - 10 years ago and more. The older engines never got optimized like the newer ones, so bikes like the R1, and the 9R benefit significantly from a pipe/jet kit, whereas the GSX1000R doesn't. Pipe and a jet kit on a R1 was worth from 131rwhp to 139rwhp on the last run I saw. The ZX9R put down high 120's, and then 134rwhp with a pipe and jet kit. Heh, the only 1 liter that I'm positive was a turd in stock form was the 900RR. I've seen ZX7R's outdyno them by a fair margin.
None of the bikes are light years ahead of the others. I've yet to see a TT600 dyno first hand. From the numbers I've seen and the dyno charts on other machines, I'd expect it to be right with the ZX6R and the F4.
Can't say I've ridden them, so all I can tell you is what everybody else I know who has ridden them says. I can tell you they dyno close.
