Default Non-ECU

As knowedgeable and helpful as SKYMAN is, he really doesn"t have much to say about early stuff and even later 4.6 modular engines. He can give some good info on later 5.0 ECU motors. He is really quick on most of this stuff, but he is only 20? yrs. old or something like that?.

Well he is a little older than that, and his forte is 5.0's and computers. I was there when he hit 12's easy before he added N2O...lifting the damn front tires off the ground!

It's been months since I've seen a post from him. Course, I'm not on near as much anymore, either.

Hey Guys, Havn't been watchin the boards that much anymore. I only found this thread because Dan emailed me a link to it.
Nice to hear from everyone though. Where are you now Ed?

My saleen is now sittin in the garage in need of a paint job and a new header gasket. I cut out my roll cage and removed the nitrous system. The stock interior is all back in it now.

I picked up a 93lx notch back w/ a 4V DOHC 4.6L cobra motor. It was running like crap when I bought it but we finaly figured out that the computer was the problem and its running great now.
Im thinkin about putting a blower on that car, itd be a great sleeper.

I don't have internet at home anymore, I moved and now where I am there isnt anything but dial-up so I just wait untill work to use the internet now. I'll stop by more often, nice hearing from everyone.

I am a little to far from SoCal now. somehow I ended up with recruiting duty in OR...quite a remote area in OR at that.

2 years, 9 mo, and I am going back to Camp Pendleton CA ... I hate waiting.
