That's all I ever do. It sits under a car cover 90% of the time, and when I take it out, the cops glare at me, and the young kids act like idiots trying to race me, especially if I don't want to race. I have many things waiting to be put in the car, but like Kell, I've been losing interest in it for a while now... :(

I still love my car, but its hurtin now like it has never before. Ive now got 117,300K. The seats have holes in them. (seat covers now). The carpet is shot. (BLACK carpet will be next!) and my paint is just a mess. And the damage to my side skirts on both sides, specially since that hydroplane onto that median last month. just makes me sick. I know I can NEVER show at AUTORAMA again w/ it in its present state, although I would like to. . I have a drivers window STUCK in there now to replace my broken one. (off a '97 Cobra) but till we figure out if its a gear or the switch tomorrow, I've been driving w/ the top down w/ a crappy *** looking window up on my side. I hate it. It makes me clausterphobic having my drivers window stuck up!
My engine still looks bad ***, but I cant drive w/ my hood open, so....
just very depressing. And very little to get excited about at this point. And no money to fix what ails her.
I think Topless is at the worst now she's ever been. And Its not an easy thing to deal with. I'm still waiting for that money tree to sprout in my back yard.
I still get positive comments and thumbs up on the road. But, I know how bad shes hurting. And its tough. I feel like I have a sick child.

I'm extremely old school. I first found this site back in late '96. This site was huge back then. There weren't many mustang sites around. Mustangworks was way out ahead. Saleen had a good forum and corral was a distant 3rd. My my how have the tables turned. SAleen is no more, and corral is the king now.

I don't know if anyone here remembers me, but I do stick my nose back in here once in a blue moon to see what's up...

This was also my first message board that I participated in so it will always be special for me.....

I sold my car almost a year ago & will be back into the "Stang" world sometime in the future.....

Hey everyone, I'm still here every once in a while. I 've been really busy but I do poke my head in every so often. Maybe when I get threw with school, I'll have more time to get on here. By the way, I've since bought an 89 coupe with a saleen engine. I ran it in Reynolds, Ga 2 weeks ago. I didn't too bad, 13.40 on slicks. This car used to run 10's with a 250 shot. I think the cam is setup for nitrous but all of the nitrous stuff has been removed. It pulls all the way to 7200 rpms. Needless to say, it's always good to add another stang to the family. Good to see you guys again.

Been working on like 2 project cars, then the engine in my 2000 GT decides to spin a few bearings and now those are all shelved till I get my engine in and running.
