My car is YELLOW!

Sure enough, it FINALLY got painted! The guy sprayed it Saturday afternoon/night and I went to look at it today after track practice.

It's a slightly different color than my last car, it has a TINY bit more of a goldish/orangish tint. I think it's better though. I like it more, and so does the guy who painted it. He painted my other car too.

He did an AWESOME job spraying it. He did 3 base coats and 3 clear coats. He was planning on doing 4 clear coats but he said it looked great with just 3 and there was no need for the 4th. It's almost like glass, it's so much smoother than the DuPont IMRON enamel paint that we used on the coupe.

After I get the car all assembled and complete I'll post some pics.

I'm PUMPED!

Thanks Christine! I'm SO frickin excited it's crazy.

I'm definitely having a good week. Schools just about out (4 days left), qualified for Nebraska's State Track Meet, car's about done, and my girl situation is great too.

Definitely a happy man.

sounds cool dude. I still need to deicied what color i want to paint my car. It is orginally yellow and still is. I really would like to see it. I wan to get the car painted soon. I just need to quit getting sent to all these damn forgien countries. The middle east sucks alot worse than korea ever did.

Haha! Too bad boys and girls, the pictures are gonna wait! I'm not going to spoil all the fun just yet. I'll hold you in suspense for just a little while.

I did trailer the car home tonight. I laid the hood scoop on it and put some of the emblems on, it's looking niiiiiiiiice

! I won't get to work on it any this weekend, we leave Thursday morning at 7 for Omaha for the State Track Meet. We'll get back about midnight Saturday night, but Sunday is my high school's graduation so I'll have to go support all the seniors.

Haha. ONE MORE YEAR UNTIL IT'S MY TURN!
