Thumbs down National Drivetrain

I have been waiting for my local ford dealer to get me a shim for my rear carrier which broke. Yesterday I decided to call National Drivetrain to see if they had the shims I needed since I see them advertise all the time in MM&FF. I spoke with a very nice gentleman named Gary who told me they had an entire shim kit for only $13.95, which is exactly was I was looking for. I requested he send it overnight (even though shipping would cost more then the part) since I wanted desperately to get my car back together. Well today at 4 pm my time (3 pm their time) my package arrives. Instead of sending me shims for an 8.8 Ford, they sent me shims for a 12 bolt GM. So ok, they made a mistake. That happens. It is only 3:30 their time and they advertise in MM&FF that they are open until 5:30 their time. Good, I have two hours for them to send a replacement so I have it tomorrow with overnight Sat delivery. I call and ask for Gary and they say he has left for the day. Ok not a problem, I ask can someone else help me with the wrong order I received? They say, "No, you have to wait till Monday". I explained I received the wrong part overnight and I need the correct part sent so I can get my car together this weekend. Sorry, you have to wait for Gary. WTF? What kind of customer service is this? Beware of National Drivetrain. They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction.
