Post looking for a GT stang

right now i have a 90 integra gs 5-speed, and this car is just too slow.

i need a faster car, i'm looking around, and i think the gt stangs are teh fastest for the buck.

my price range is about $4000, what do you guys think i can get for this, and what would you suggest? all help is appreciated.

1987-1992 or so Mustang LX 5.0 or GT.

A mildly modded car with no engine stuff should be able to kick the snot out of a Type R in the straights, but for braking and road race courses, they sit a little behind.

My suggestion is to check out www.classifieds2000.com

Look around in your area or the state for that matter. Tons of stangs down there and see what you can find.

Good Luck!
