Need some professional help with GIMP

Ok, I hope that someone on here knows how to use GIMP. It's basically the same as Photoshop. I just can't figure it out. I can piddle around with changing colors and stuff, but the really cool stuff I can't do. Any help would be benificial(sp?) Anyway, thanks. Later.

Hi,
My website, CubicDesign.com is solely based on The GIMP (for Windows). I have several tutorials on various effects you can do.

I haven't been getting around to making any more tutorials (mainly cuz my interest isn't as strong as it used to be)...
