new guy---
Hey-
Just like to introdue myself....names Andy and I am a kid in a old farts skin...two great grandkids and a penchant for speed... I have a 93 LX stock blocked but TFS bolt ons all around with a NOS/Top Gun 150 shot kicker...all parts are ported, polished, raised and or machined...all new for this season. Big time car cruiser and car show fanatic also... Moderated for Mustang Central from its inseption and decided to start looking at other sites...heard about this one from various sources and lurked for a while and -well- liked what I saw..looks pretty friendly... Hope I can be of use or help in the future... |

Welcome man. You'll like the place. There's a bunch of helpful people and minimal amount of people that just want to cause trouble. Actually, I can't even think of one that does that!
I bet you anything tireburner163 will welcome you by saying something like "Welcome. The inmates here are a little nutty, but that's the way we like them." |

Welcome Andy, I know you'll like it here. We all can use experienced advice. I thought I was doing well with 2 grand children, LOL, not to mention GREAT ones.
Sounds like you might have a quick Stang. What does it run? just curious. Rev

I should re-state the grand kid issue---just 2 Grand kids...not great-wait thats not right either...lol..awesome-there we go...
Anyway--its all new for this season and still in assembly...I ran a 13.9 with gears and exhaust and pullies and SSM bars-pulled a 1.80 60ft but no motor to carry it...well I am hoping this new combo will bring more into range naturally asp'd at mid to high 12s and dip into the 11s with n20...my suspension is great right know but if the funds come up-new struts and spring s to comp what I have in SSMs and ladder bars--looking for a 1.60s 60 ft... My grandson and I also like cruising and going to a lot of shows...its already in users rides under C Pony Go |

Hee, hee, I see what you mean now Andy. My 2 little grand children are great too.
Wish we lived a little closer so we could run at the track, all motor of course. Just now installing TFTW pocket ported heads with TF 1.7 RR's. Hoping for 13.7's on street tires. would be funny to see 2 old gray heads hauling down the track, taking it all seriously after all these years. Rev

just goes to show ya that you never outgrow the need for speed
My parents think I'll settle down on the racing when I graduate college in 04' and get a house and all. Ha, thats just more money for the car. I've always said the very first semi-expensive thing I buy after I graduate is a blower sorry to get off the subject, welcome to the family C Pony

Glad to see another good guy on the board.
Don't mind Belle, she acts mean on the outside, but she's really a sweetheart and knows just about everything when it comes to a love life. and tireburner163, well, know one knows about him.
