Default New Pic from Races in Perris

Hey guys, I just got a hold of this one, and thought it was worth sharing. This is from our last race down in Perris, Calif. It shows my boss keeping a firm lead on R. Dale Henry. We went on to finish second that night.

Take care,
~Chris

Ours:
1999 Stinger Wingless Sprint Car
360ci 700hp N/A

It's got a 360 with an 8 butterfly Hillborn mechanical fuel injection system, 14:1 pistons, a .670" (wink, wink) lift cam, magneto ignition system, no transmission, and a Winters quick change solid axle rear end with a final ratio of 6.86:1 (usually). It uses pure Methanol, and does a 1/4 oval in 12.9 seconds, but keep in mind that a 1/4 mile oval has 4 corners that you have to slow down for.

Take care,
~Chris

Just 4 shocks and 4 torsion bars.

Here's a pic of the car from last year where you can see it better. Nothing fancy.

Take care,
~Chris

Hillborn Mech. FI?

Are they still around? The old plant used to be right down by my moms house. Now its a Yamaha dealer. Didn't realize the significance of the place till they were changing it over. Should have gotten pictures.
