Question Car Alarm

Due to the fact that NOBODY goes in the audio, security forum I thought that I should try here. I am thinking abouut getting an alarm system for my pony. What brand and model should I get? I am looking to spend around 300 at the most. I have a standard so remote starting is out of the question. Also, what stores in Houston have good prices?

Usually you can get a decent VIPER alarm for around that price. I got a viper with a ignition kill, siren, and automatic door unlock for 400..Thats including installation.
