That IS strange! Maybe they looked at Eleanor for some ideas during the design phase? One thing lacking on the '05 is reverse lights. I'm thinking they'll be where they are located on Eleanor. I don't think Ford has the balls to put exhaust THROUGH a rear plastic cover like that....though the thought is good.

The lights should be narrowed a tad, just to keep away from the camaro/firebird look, IMO. Eleanor's lights are in fact a *touch* narrower that the '05 shown, and that's what I think will be the subject of debate: which way will the taillights go? Like Eleanor's? Like the photoshopped-'65 style? Where are the reverse lights going to go? Who knows? I hope they're as wild as the '99s were when they first came out!

Hey, I was kinda trippin' for a sec too over something. I have an artist's rendering of what the next Mustang would look like. It's been hanging on my wall for 4 years. Know what? IT LOOKS EXACTLY, I MEAN EXACTLY LIKE the one depicted here.

Well, less the 20 inch rims on the drawing, I mean.

The front bumper cover looks cooler in the drawing, as well. Mebbe I'll hook my scanner up and post it here. It WILL trip you out!
