Ditto. Take a base V6 ,strip it and do the conversion. I would imagine that the involved cost would be a lot less, given you do the work. Mine was--97 V6 with a 95 5.0. Although it was/would be a long term project.

I like it much better then the Saleen's with exception of the S351's, but I never would buy one. 50,000 is way to much to pay for a car. IF I had the money to buy one I would get just a plain mustang, buy the body kit, and do my own performance goodies. It would be better then the Roush and performe better.
