It's a really nice car! I love the look of those Stangs! The wing and the rear valance seem a tad ricey, especially the wing. A double-decker wing, even if it might be a Saleen or Cobra R or whatever, still a tad ricey. But, that's only my opinion! I like it a lot though! I think Cobra R's would look awesome on it!

Ricey or not I like the wing...I was thinking about putting 18" Chrome Cobra R rims on it but I don't have the money yet...soon though.
BTW I don't try to be ricey I just put what I like on my car...your opinions are always welcome thoough |

Yeah I think I would get the Cobra R's next when you get the $$$.
I'm glad you understood what I meant by my remark about your wing. I wasn't insulting you or telling you that you're stupid for putting it on there at all. I'm glad you realized that. Sometimes it's a little hard to tell how a new member will react to a comment like that. I'm glad you're cool! Different strokes for different folks! |

Ok, I like the lights and the system.
Now I'm gonna be my normal, rude. crude, socially unacceptable self. I'm gonna go further that 6T9 Pony and say that the rear bumper and especilly the wing are flat out ricey. Just my opinion, it's your car, do what ever you want to it. Please don't get mad. As for rims, I'd look into a set of Steada 18's.

Awesome system man. I am going to be gettin one of those soon I hope as my sig says. i agree the wing and the bumper are a bit import/ricey but whatever you like go ahead and show it. I like tireburners idea of the 18" Steeda rims. They look awesome on 99 and ups
Later

Everyone has their own tastes. I personally could do with a less aggressive wing, but thats just me. If I were going to have awing that big (which I wouldn't) I would have the power to back up such a bold statement. It looks like you have spent alot of time and money in the car to make it look good, which it does. Are you planning on making any more go-fast mods? Such as gears, chip, blower, nitrous, Throttle Body , Mass Air, etc?
BTW I'm sure your stereo kicks *** too! :-D

IMO, the car LOOKS nice. But it would look much nicer knowing there was something under the hood backing up all that pretty....
...I'll always be a little easier on someone who is in the Mustang family then one who is not... I assume you are planning to mod the motor/ exhaust/driveline, etc some time later? I hope so...

Yeah the wing looks a little much for me, but I like the rest of the car. You're right you do need a set of rims. I would also add a Supercharger.

I will definatly upgrade the performance next month...What do you guys think I should do. I was thinking of the following:
-CTECH Cobra Ram Air Hood. -Vortech Supercharging System with V-2 SQ for 1999-2001 3.8 V6 Mustang. -An offroad Basssani X pipe and Magnapack catback. -18" Cobra R Chrome Rims. -Superchip or DiabloSport Chip. -Banshee Ram air hood and intake. -Cold air intake. But I'm not sure...I'm just getting into the whole car thing and I am still learning all the performance stuff...Feal free to make suggestions that I have not though of yet. |

Well to be honest don't waste your money on performance mods. NO matter how much you mod it, its still going to be slow. I know a few guys around here that installed a Vortech blower on their V-6 and they said it DEFINATELY was not worth the $3-4k for it. What 50-75hp for $3-4K, I think not.
