This Weekend
One more day and it all begins. I'm putting in the engine I've been building now for about 2 months. I must admit I am nervous and anxious, but excited. Who all out there has done the engine swap in a weekend thing before? How did you do it? Any advice, other than the fact I'll need a few cases of beer??

Music, band-aid's, beer runs, and some cigerettes. That should get you through the first few hours! lol
Nah, it shouldn't take you more than 8 or 9 hours, being very careful and such. Just try not to rush it and you should get through it with out using too many band-aid's or trips to the hospital. (for stitches) Remeber to watch out for your wiring harness. A friend of mine chewed his up, but then again, he isn't the brightest light in the house. Day one: 2 cases of beer. 6 hours of fun.
Nothing done. http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...oard/smile.gif Got the exhaust off, front accesories and getting some of the things I need to re-use cleaned up. Luckily I haven't used any band-aids yet. But lots of beer and music! |
