Cobra, DOWN AGAIN!!!!!
 

What the hell!!?

Ford has discontinued the Cobra's production, again! http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/mad.gif

According to this article, Ford has stepped on SVT again! This time because of failing axles on the IRS. They told SVT to recall, and replace all axles because of breakage complaints! http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/confused.gif In the meantime, they are discontinuing production of the 2001 Cobra because of the short supply of additional updated axles mandated by Ford corporate. http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/rolleyes.gif All Cobra R's are to get the new axles as well, which means they are covered under the recall too.

Just as the Cobra's were supposed to roll onto the lot's Ford has stepped on them again! What gives? Even existing orders and cars are under the recall. They can't even leave the lot until the update has been performed!
