Go to www.dazzle.com and get their analog to digital video capture USB interface unit.
Makes some pretty simple (and decent) videos. Here are some I recently (notice the creation date) made: http://members.mustangworks.com/drudis/videos/ ------------------ Darius Rudis Roadracer: Home built t-arm/panhard suspension powered by an S-trimmed motor :-) My Mustang Page |

I year ago I purchased a video card that has Video Capture capabilities. If you don't want to spend the money for a new card, then buy a Dazzle. I use a 3dfx Voodoo 3500 w/ TV out, but another one is the ATI All-in-Wonder-Pro. To edit the video I use a program called Ulead Video Studio 5.0. With this program you can, capture the video (with a capture device), edit a clip, put several clips together, use transitions, use special effects (ie negative, blur, mosaic, etc), add titling, music, and voice. Then you can export them to Mpeg 1, Mpeg 2, Real Audio, Quicktime, or Windows Streaming Media. Its a great little program thats not too hard to use. http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/wink.gif Good luck! ------------------ 1994 Mustang Cobra 308ci, Vortech S-trim 11#, ported GT-40 heads, E-303 cam, FMS 1 5/8 headers, BBK Offroad H-pipe, 2-chamber flows, and several other goodies. I have a TV Tuner card in my computer($50). Just plug the video camera's RCA's into the RCA video input on the card and use the software that comes with the card to capture the movies. Then I use a movie editor for special effects.
