NEW OR USED?

SHOULD I BUY A BRAND NEW S-TRIM SUPERCHARGER OR A 3 MONTH USED HEAD UNIT WITH BRAND NEW KIT FOR A GRAND LESS?

Uhhh...I'd have to say go for the blower, girl. What's your ride?

I'd go new, that way you get a warranty with it.. 3 months is enough time to screw one up....

THE GUY SAID IT STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL 2 YEAR WARRANTY AND ALL THE RECIEPTS.
WITH THE EXTRA GRAND IM LOOKING TO BUY A NEW TREMEC TRANNY

I personally don't buy any used parts unless I know the seller as a friend. They're only a couple of people I will buy used equipment off of. One question. Do you need a new tranny or want a new tranny? If you don't NEED one I would buy a new blower and save a little longer till you need the tranny myself. But do what you want. I agree with dark night on the warranty also.

THE GUY I TALKED TO SAID IT HITS HARD 2 AND 3 GEAR BUT AFTER THAT IT RUNS SMOOTH SO HE BOUGHT A NEW TRANNY AND HIS OLD T-5 WAS WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND THATS CURRENTLY WHAT I HAVE. WHAT OTHER PERFORMANCE PARTS WOULD MAKE MY CAR FASTER AND RUN BETTER WITH THE BLOWER?

Dark Knight 07-12-2001 03:27 PM

heads, intake and headers will help your car alot... with or without the S/C...
you might call or e-mail vortech and make sure that the warranty is transferable.. just because HE has a warranty doenst mean you'll get it...

P.S. turn the caps lock off ;-)
