Kimberly Danielle, or Morrigan Brooke?

The wife thinks she's pregnant, but hasn't gone to the doctor yet(she has an appointment on Tuesday). She has taken one of the at home test, and it was possitive. So, now we are kinda hoping for a baby girl. And here is the problem, which name should we use? I like the first one, but she likes the last one. I got to name our son, so she thinks she can name our next child.(hopefully a daughter).

If we do have a little girl, I feel sorry for all the boys that try to take her out when she's old enough (which will be around 35).

Anyway, thid id wher you guys and gals come in, which name do you like?

Later.

I gotta go with your choice. The second is a tad bit too trendy for me.

You have at least another 8 months to argue the point though. I'm sure the names will change a lot before the baby comes anyway.

What if it's a boy? What are those name choices?

I like the female names that start with an A. Don't care what name it is as long as it starts with an A. just the way i am.

congrads bigwhitecobra (assuming she is pregnant). My wife and I are having twin girls and our names changed a thousand times in the first few months. I would have to agree with 69fastback on the names that start with "A". For your selections I would probably go with Kimberly Danielle. Either way you go will be ok though.

Thank you guys. Granted, we are merely speculating at this point, but I'm fairly sure that she's atleast 3-4 weeks along. I'll be happy with either sex, Male/Female(sicko's), as long as we have ten fingers and ten toes. A nose, 2 eyes, and all the rest of the standard equipment. But if I get to choose a few of the options, I'd like to have a vulva, instead of the male gender equipment. I need a little girl to spoil completely rotten, so that no man on Earth would or could tolerate her constant Daddy's girl attitude. Am I evil or what?

Kimberly Morrigan.

Exotic and mundane at the same time.
The kid'll be in junior high school eventually, and them little brats LOVE to make fun of unusual names, http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/smile.gif and parents have no idea what name's gonna be pick-on-able in fourteen years.

Kimberly is fairly mundane and safe, and Morrigan is unusuall and risky.
But Morrigan might end up being "Cool" when she gets older, and she might like the option of using the "cooler" name.....

I only have one problem with Morrigan, the pronounation(sp). It's pronounced Mor-ri-gan. I just can't stand that. Morgan, that I can take, but not the other, sorry.

Anyway, thanks for the help, and insight. We'll keep everyone posted. Tomorrow is the day that we find out.

Then I'm going to start a boy vs girl vote, and then, in about 8-8.5 months, I'm going to give away some cash or parts to the person that can guess the correct weight, and overall measure. Not to mention the person that can guess the day and time of birth.(this will all be more or less for fun, no gambling here folks)

Hi, it's me the Mom-to-be. I have kinda gone
against Morrigan, and more twards Riley,
because it is gender nuetral. So something
like Riley Danielle for a girl and Riley
something or other for a boy. Agh! I don't
know. Not fair when a couple years ago I had
tons of names picked out.
His mother insists that Katherine be in
there(her name).

WHITECOBRAGIRL94 07-16-2001 02:18 PM

Geesh! If I was gonna choose one of those
names I might as well go with Eleanore. At
least that name is attached a nice car!

bigwhitecobra 07-16-2001 03:59 PM

I know I've said it before, but it bears repeating....Hon, you are a dork.

And it's Elanor, without the "e".

Anywho, time for a half hearted attempt at going to work. Later.
