SCREWD
 

As some of you may have seen my post about my transmission before, you all have got to hear this one. Now the Ford dealership says a need a whole new trans. They just rebuilt it for me 5000 mi ago, and a year ago the re-built it for me the first time. Every time they said it was something else that went wrong. Well now the warrantee company says the dealership should warrantee their re-build from 5000 mi ago and the dealership says they didn't touch the planetary gears (which is what they say is bad this time). So now it's been 3 weeks and no mustang, I'm calling my lawyer this afternoon. Just a word of advice for anyone in my area, STAY AWAY FROM NORRISTOWN FORD. They're a bunch of crooks.

that really does suck , bust out the shark, i am about to do the same thing myself , i bought anew car in feb. am still waiting on an answer to my complaint's ,it is a ***** , but i will still stay with ford , god only knows what might have happened if i had bought - a well you know . good luck
