Decisions decisions!

Well I think I have decided to go with the flames on the front of the mustang but I will be going with ghost flames; Black with pearl blue flames so it will look black until the light hits it right.

Here is my question; I have two hoods to choose from. One is a 3" cowl hood and the other is a cobra R style. I am not sure what to think of the cobra R style; what do you think I should go with?

It will be going on a '91 lx coupe.

My vote is for Cowl. Cobra R hoods are ugly.

I don't care for the Cobra R hoods either, and a cowl hood always looks good, as long as it isn't so tall it blocks your right side vision (I hate those things). My vote is for the cowl.

Take care,

cowls do look way better on fox bodys. Good choice. I do like the cobra Rs for the SN95s though.

Yeah I'd go with the 3" cowl.

***as long as it isn't so tall it blocks your right side vision (I hate those things).

I agree, I had a 4" harwoood cowl hood, and it really sat at like 5 and half inches, it provided many blind spots.

Actually I have decided to go with a 2 1/2" cowl. I went and looked at the hood that I thought was a 3" cowl and it is a 4" not a 3".

So I will have to order one from somewhere and I am thinking about Cincinnati composites.

I was thinking about the cobra r hood because I will have the ghost flames on the car and thought it would look good but I am unsure so I will go with the cowl.

I wish I knew someone that lived up there that could go and hand pick one out for me. I am a little nervous letting them pick one for me.
