Anyone know when ESPN2 shows the NMRA race??
 

I went this past weekend and entered the burnout contest and wondered if they snuck some coverage of me on there or not so if you have any ideas, HELP please.

Did you see me in the burnout contest? I was driving the only convertible in it. I posted a coulpe a days ago trying to find out who would be there but no one responded. Too bad, we could have had a blast!

No, I didnt see the burn out contest eithier. I was probably walking around trying to score some deals off the vendors at the time. Did you win?

Yeah Glidden does haul a**!!! that's why he's my engine builder. hehe gotta pick the best!!! To bad Glidden didn't make it very far. But Glidden Power won the race!!! Congrats to Derrick Smith. One of Billy's Customers!!!

Nope, I didn't win. Thought I had a good chance though being the only convertible and all but you can't compete with a race car. Some guy in a pinto with slicks won. I knew it before he even lit em up. Oh well, I' ll be back next year

I thought glidden won the race? wasnt his 6.9 the fastest time of the day?

I know he run a 6.9 but it wasn't in the finals. It was Derrick Smith and Don Walsh in the finals. Don run a 7.00 and Derrick run like a 7.04. I'm pretty sure.

Yeah, I watched it the entire weekend. That's probably why you missed the burnout contest. It was on Sunday. It was alot more fun Sunday. Renegades had the front wheels off the ground every time you turned around, It was awesome!!!

Figures, the day I dont go is the best day. I thought I heard them calling the burnout contest guys on saturday? maybe they were just rounding them up for sundays action?

Ha Ha, Finally found out the answer to my question. The race will be on April 24 at 6:00 PM. Check it out if you get a chance. It was awesome!
