Thefts! RANT

My mom and my dad were looking outside when they noticed something was missing. They went into the backyard and noticed that my moms Norco mountain bike was missing. I walk in the door from detention and they ask me if I borrowed her bike. I say "No, why?" so my mom proceeds to tell me it was stolen. I automatically think they are joking. But I looked outside and it isn't there.
This REALLY makes me mad!. We got her this BRand new bike 2 years ago on Mothers Day. ( Not a cheap bike $450 (canadian)on sale). This Just REALLY Pisses me off. .
I dont know if any if you other guys here would take it personal when someone messes with your property. But I do.

If I am uptown and i see her bike, What should i do if i see the person uptown.
1) Ask where they got the bike
2) Chase them
3) Call the cops
4) Snap on them ( I like this one, but I am small)

Well It Just REALL REALLY Pisses me off when you put YOUR own hard earned cash out and buy something and some M***** F***** steals it.

Sorry about the rant.

Is the bike marked with a serial number that matches any paperwork for the bike or your Mother's initials or anything that can prove that it's her bike? If so, then hell yes call the cops. If not, then there's no legal way to prove that it belongs to your Mom and not whomever is riding it.

Sorry if that doesn't help, but a stolen bike isn't worth going to jail over.

I had a bike stolen out of my friends front yard, I saw it about a month later with a crome paint job. I know it was mine because it was the only one of it's kind till a year later. My parents bought it as a concept bike. The brand was a Haro. I was too young to be able to do anything about it. It also had all the s/n #'s scratched off.

being that your 15 and gcan't go to jail or get into any real trouble. I say that you always have the advantage in this case. Push the guy off of the bike and get on top of him and start smashing him in the face. Then get on the bike and ride it home.

Oh and the seat was half chewed by our dog

That sucks! I know what its like, my friends place always has stuff stolen or broken, it pisses us all off, and its usually the same bunch of kids, trouble is, no one can prove it, otherwise they'd be done, that's for sure.

Who ever stole the Bike must have ONE SORE ARSE! and they rode it on the rims (since the tires were flat).
