Interland and Verisign suck!
 

I made a payment last month to renew my domain name(joe4speed.com) for 3 years to Interland. They cashed the check on the 20th and never sent the payment to verisign. Where did my money go??? :mad:
Now my e-mail is down and my website is down. Verisign says I have to talk to interland, and until they get their money, no nothing for me. Interland says I have to wait till Monday to do anything. I hate people. :mad: :mad: :mad:

DOWN WITH INTERLAND!! I will be shopping for another hosting company unless i get fast results. This is ludicrous.

People most definately suck.

Actually, all of the people suck some of the time and some of the people suck all of the time but not all of the people suck all of the time.

there is alway the tried and true, "Mean people suck, Nice people Swallow."

Some one had to say it, why not me?

I was on the phone with interland for an hour today, and come to find out they had a problem with their database last month and said I should have known that the money to verisign didnt go through. Like I'm some sort of psychic. Then he said he was just going to refund that money and that I need to take care of all this myself. but the money will take 5-6 weeks to get back to me. What assholes.
STAY AWAY FROM INTERLAND.
Verisign has been very helpful, but INTERLAND SUCKS! What idiots. I can't wait to smear their name in the dirt. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Originally, several years ago now, I used a dedicated server on a hosting provider called VServers. A couple years ago now VServers was purchased by HostPro. Then, about six months ago or so, HostPro was then purchased by guess who? Yep, Interland. So, they've got to be one of the biggest hosting services in the world now because VServers was like the 7th largest and HostPro was huge too. Now you roll all three together wow. However, that's probably also why they are having so many problems (I've heard several bad stories now).

Any ways, shortly after Interland came into the picture is when I dumped all hosting with them. That's when I built the three servers and dropped in the frac-T3 that Mustang Works runs on now. :cool:

hmmm.. yeah I originally joined when it was HostPro.
I'm just really disappointed that such a simple matter was handled so bad. Still no e-mail or website. LOL
