Of squeaks and subframe connectors?

We did some investigating today, found out that the squeak my car makes is the front right A-arm bushing. We'll probably change it, but can you give me any ideas on how to grease it so that it won't squeak, and what grease or oil i should use?

Also what do subframe connectors go? I'm not entirely sure what purpose they would serve, and where they'd be beneficial.

what year stang do you have, the sub connecter's basicley make a full frame for your car, takes the twist & flex out of it, dont know what year car you have, i know more about older stang's, need more info. marty.:)

Making your frame stiffer basically allows your suspension to work the way it is supposed to without chassis flex adding extra input. This improves launching, handling, and can help reduce certain squeaks and rattles.
