Mustangs and 4x4s shouldnt cross breed

Well, you can take two great things, and bring them together, and make one not-so-great thing.. That is all I have to say about this.

That things is almost redneck enough to be slick Willie's ride. I thought he had left his '67 down in Arkansas though.

Crazy Horse GT 08-09-2002 12:52 AM

what a waste of a classic vert, & redneck's only live in the south? yeah right, bwahahaha. what an idiot.  :D

DAN-MAN 08-09-2002 01:04 AM

That's the sorriest Mustang I've ever seen. It's right up there with that riced out one I saw earlier.

Course, there's this El Camino on a Blazer frame that I've seen running around town. Looks like crap.

Dan.

It is a cool idea for a redneck.LOL I can think of other things i would rather do with a classic mustang but i do have to admit it is very unqiue. Although i have seen one like it before. When i was stationed in Gerogia they had mud bogs and there was a mustang like that there. It had a really mean 302 in it sound pretty awesome.

4x4 el camino you say?

Howsabout a lincoln? Add some gold and that could be quite the pimp car. Not that Im in to that sorta crap. I hate it when my friends say 'Oh I saw a truck that was pimped out' grrrr.

I must say though, the worst thing I've ever seen on a 4x4 frame is a Volvo car. Saw it in one of my 4x4 mags.

1969Mach1 08-09-2002 05:21 PM

There is something wrong with the people in society these days. :(
I really have no idea what would posses someone to do something like that.

There's a 1970 GTO running around Ventura like that, too. Sometimes they use it for the flag cerempny at the races.

Take care,
~Chris

I am going to have to jump in on this one, just like I did a few months ago with the other 60's Mustang that was all jacked up with big tires.

I think it is pretty cool. If someone wants a cool toy for the weekend that is different, who cares. Its not like he took a rare Shelby Mustang and ripped it apart to make a muddin' machine. That body might have been rotting away in a junkyard somewhere. Now its out getting used.

I need to get the picture of the General Lee all jacked up scanned, and post that. It looks cool IMO too. They had one like that in one of the episodes. I thought it was bada**!

Oh well, what do I know, I'm just a city boy from the North with a lowered Mustang. :D

MTU 50 08-10-2002 12:39 PM

BTW the Continental and the Firebird posted above look cool too!

The El Camino looks like crap, but thats because its an El Camino.
Almost all of them look like crap to me.
