When ordering a paret from Summit, what does paint to match mean?
 

I was going to order a new bumper cover, i think they run $319 and It said paint to match so does that mean they come painted to match your stock color or do you have to have them painted cause money is tight and if having it painted is gonna be expensive, how hard is it to change bumper covers anyways, hmmmm?:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

Paint to match means you gotta paint it.

As far as removing the cover goes, its like anything else, if you've never done it before its can be a little complicated to do without breaking anything ... if you've done it before its pretty simple :confused:

That sucks, i bet its really expensive to have it painted, damn it

96_4.6........If the bumper cover is ready to spray, then I would say between 135-150. This is what I was quoted by a well respected body man in my area. You will want to inspect it thoroughly i.e no irregularities. The price quoted above was just for a base coat/ clear coat. If you are careful and take your time, you should be able to swap the covers with the help of friend. Good luck :)

OK check this out and please help with this, I have a 96 GT and theres this smashed up 96 cobra smashed up in the front and back but no damage to the engine and i'm gonna buy that engine so i wanna get the cobra front bumper cover and the rear bumper cover that says cobra acourse but cobra red is different then gt red so any advice on what to do here is so so appreicated, thanks:confused:
