Man, I should remember these.....

94-95 Cobra 240....I think


Someone should come along and make sure these are right. It has been a while since I thought about HP numbers in those years.

I thought the HP for a stock '94 GT was about 185?????:confused:, last time I dynoed, it was only 220 with everything but the Borlas and the TBS...had the flows then. ! :mad:

Im trying to remember where I read that..I want to say in my dealer brochure, but I cant find it.. I know its here somewhere. Maybe I'm just losing my mind! :confused:
Im looking in the Motor Trend from January 1994 that features the "new" Mustang, 'Car of the year'.. :cool: (I use it in my display)....
It has the GT @215 and the 6 banger @145...it also says that they are gonna
"Add a Cobra model to the line this spring with a massaged five-liter offering an output of 245 HP." I'll keep looking for that brochure, just for the fun of it....I dont know where I got that number from????

Now, for the stupid question, dont make fun of me!!!!!??? Are these from the rear wheel or the flywheel? Ive totally confused myself!!!!!!! :rolleyes:

Good, my memory isn't completely gone. I thought I had those numbers right, but couldn't remember exactly.

Weren't the 94-95's rated lower because they had the redesigned intake due to their lower hoods?

btw, those numbers are all at the flywheel.

christine the 185 you read was probably an approximaite (sp) figure of rwhp.
