Luke, you want a fast ride, that holds it's value, turns heads, has tons of potential power and gets 18-22 city, 28-32 hwy? Then come to the "dark" side. Oh, did I mention it holds it's value? :D

Yeah, but he said he wants a fast stang, not a fast stank;) alright, that was dumb......

The Dark side, ya' know....
Al black, seats 5 comfortably, has all the creature comforts and can be easily made to go mid 12's all day and not lose any of those wonderful features! What's the down side? :D |

Most stangs don't have much value change between modified and stock, even lots of "classic" stangs it may only be a couple of thousand difference, value may increase if you modify a base model. And for half the price you get the same result :D I like those cars, but man are they expensive to buy, at least around where i live. A grand national in maybe well used 150,000+ plus mile condition could easily fetch 6,000-7,000 as i've seen in the classifieds. |
Wow. I should'a asked more than $12,300 a few years back when I sold my 78,000 mostly original example. I know you can get a GREAT deal in Canada, it's just that you'd have to look at kilometers instead of miles. That ain't for me.
And you're right about declining value when adding go-fast parts. It usually indicates the car's had a hard life. |
