I really need some legal advice....
 

My lovely Ex wife had the Focus repo'd and now I am sitting here without a car. I want the car back and take her name off the loan, how do I go about that, and can I do that? I'm gonna have to pay out the azz here aren't I? I really have no real idea on what to do, can someone help out here?

Who's name was the car in, and who was making payments?

When a car is repoed the bank will sell it in a auction usuly after about 2 or 3 wks and if you dont want to wait that long and your name is on the tital and loan you have 10 days to get your azz to the bank and get caught up on your payments you will have to pay the repo fees usuly and most of the time thay will refinance the loan and at this time you can get her name OFF. if she is your X then you need her name OFF if you are keeping the car. The reason i know this is my mother is a Repo officer at the my bank..NE way i hope i helped

When did they repo the car John? I only gave them your address. I thought you had the car last night. Just so anyone does not look at me as being the bad person, he has had the car since november and I refuse to pay for a car I don't drive so he can go see his girlfriend. And I am not his ex; yet. The car is in both our names. Maybe you can come see your kids sometime John.
