Broke my brother's GT.....DOH!!!!

Well my stang is having some problems with the motor so I was gonna sway the computer out of my older brother's car since it's not a dailey driver. Well it was facing nose down the driveway and I needed to turn it around so that it was tail down so that I would have better light to work in (it was dark). So instead of backing all the way into the street I just turned hard left then pulled forward into the yard. But has I was backing back onto the driveway, WHAM!!!!!!. I snagged the collector of one of the longtubes (it's lowered too). It hit HARD, stoped the car. So anyway, it's got race car exhaust now, and it looks like it bent the header up into the shift linkage (AOD) and bent it up against the stearing shaft, so it hard to steer. DOH!!!!!!!

Any clue about how to fix this short of buying new headers?

L8ter,
Josh, aka the stang breaker

Try a long pry bar on it, with a piece of pipe on the end to give you even more leverage. But chances are you may cause a crack, or a broken weld somewhere in the header, so be prepared to do some welding.

Why dont you just slap those BBK shorties on it:)

If you were my brother, I'd be a only child. :D :D :D

My brother scratched my Mach 1 one day with his bike, I made it very clear that I was going to kill him if he wasn't careful the next time. :D I think my exact words were "I'll kill you if you ever scratch my car" lol :D :D Ohh.. well accidents happen right... lol Even though a few extra seconds could of prevented it.

Best of luck fixing it. :D
