Anyone from Daytona?
 

I've wanted to live in Fla since I was a teen but got a good job and stuck it out here.. its nice here too. Still, I find myself thinking about Fla alot, I also have family there. Anyhow, what I wanna know is if anyone is from or familiar with the Daytona Bch area. If so... could you tell me if this house is in a good area. I guess I could sell ice cream on the beach or something.. hehe :D

I know someone in daytona area and i'll see what she has to say about the house and area and i'll ask her where a good neighborhood is for ya, unless there someone here that can help

Thanks Mike. I called my family in Ocala and they said they only drive through there and don't really know the area that well. I have a feeling its not too good of an area but I like the size of the rooms.. cpu and weight room, foosball room, big living room and a guest room. I'd probably need to spend atleast $100k to have a decent house..

I've only been over there a few times but from look at description and price i think your right.
