Engine blueprint form?

I was talking to my machinist today about blueprinting my engine. He told me that although he would be happy to notate all the measurements he didn't have any sort of form to fill out. After we talked for a while he told me that if I could find him a good form and make a few copies for him, he'd do the blueprinting for free. :D

Now I'm stuck because after 15 minutes of "google" searches I can't seem to find a form. Does anyone have one? If nothing else, let me see your blueprint so I can make my own. I'd hate to let an opportunity like this pass me by.

Thanks guys,

have him tell you what he wants on the form and make one for him in excell or lotus 123. if you give me what he wants on the form i will do it for you if you like. then if you pm me your address i will mail it out to you.

I have no problem making a form, however I have never seen an engine blueprint so I have no idea what specs need to be recorded.

I did manage to find the attached jpg, would that be everything needed?

yep, thems the numbers you need. all blueprinting is, is the setting of clearances so that all like clearances are the same, for example, the performance setting for rings gaps is .008, so all ring gaps will be set at .008. have him use the performance numbers, except on the pistons unless you are using forged pistons.
