Not usually, unless it's violating site rules or something to that affect. This is just a "shoot the bull" forum for off-topic discussion.
I'm agreeing with Jeeeeeeem in that it's just another conspiracy-nut theory. You can look at any event you want in history, and if you connect the dots how you want to see things, that's just what you're going to get: a skewed view of reality.
Oh yeah, and we never landed on the moon, either.
