Exclamation Racing music.........?

Yeah, I know it's not the best topic, but it is one that is over looked alot. What music drives you to the finish line, or just to go out and cause trouble? For me it's KORN and Limp Bizkit. Just thought this question needed to be asked.

------------------
1989 GT- Vortech blown 306, Anderson 3" power pipe, Vortech S-Trim 14# boost, MSD-6BTM, black wrinkle finish Cobra valve covers(woohoo), world class T-5, 3.55 gears, custom sub-frame connectors, Cobra grille insert and rear valance, Saleen "whale" wing, 4 wheel disc conversion, est 1/4mile time of 10.5+/-
1994 Cobra- MAC cold air fender kit, Motorsport underdrive pulley's, MAC 21/2" off-road H pipe, SVO mufflers, 3.73 gears, E-303 cam, 13.417@101.335mph

Cruising it all goes. But racing on the other hand, all is off. Total concentration on the engine and the road. Get that perfect launch everytime if you know what I mean.
Light em up.

Exclamation

The BEST MUSIC is the sound of my car and the other worthy cars (ie, no radio music). I gotta feel the car and experience her to the fullest. Mind and body must be focused.

Thumbs up

Of course, the sound of my engine running at 4-5 grand is music to my ears, but between those romps of joy I need to hear something a little less socially irresponsible.

I don't care what it is, just play it loud!!!!

Cool

I was too thinkin of Danger Zone and some other music, but thats more like fast driving music. When I race though, I always mute it at the line to have my full concentration on my car. No matter how much $$$ I spend on my stereo, and its already been more than enough, I would still rather listen to the sweet sounds of a V8. Theres only two type of people who like to hear loud music (from outside), gold digging girls and people who want to steal your system, and both could get you into trouble

I like the old 70's cruising music like Slow Ride by Foghat or any of the music off either of the Dazed and Confused soundtracks.

Dragula has to be the best. I have to be careful when I put that song on . Their are a couple others, but once the snow is gone the CD's are stored, the windows are down and the runble of a V8 grumbles through the air.

When it comes to lightin' em up at a stoplight; the sweet rumble of a V-8 is music enough to give a shot of adrenaline and a small batch of chills up your back. But when it comes to criusin' with the windows down and the open road in front of you, we "young'ins" enjoy some Creed, Matallica, and maybe even some head-bobbin' hip-hop. I've gotta mention Eve 6's "Road Song". Sweet track for the open road.

--But you can't deny Dragula, especially after you waste a punk in his Z28 with your modified 5.0-- (heh heh)

Hey, how did I get moved in here? Oh well. Guess I ticked Kevin off or something.

Oh 91lx....I found it on Napster, but thanks anyway. Now I'm going to burn a CD and use it at the local cruise nights, heh heh. God I'm a dork.
