Rants about NASCAR.
 

Like most of us, I am old enough to remember when driving a stock car, meant you were driving a stock car. Shouldn't NASCAR force the manufacturer(spelling) to have a street driven car that they supply to the teams? Either that or the teams should be racing with a bunch of front drive V6's. Ahh, but what do I know, right? The least they should do is make Ford produce a 2 door Taurus. What do you think?

Agreed, but do you really want to see some wigged out fwd car running around the track?

That would bite *** . Maybe Ford could race the Crown Vic, hehe!

Seriously, I addressed some of my pet peeves in the Daytona 500 post.

It's high time OHC motors were allowed to compete, along with EFI and newer engine technology. That and get the fricken dirty drivers off the track!

Hell i would buy a two door 351 rearwheel drive taurus with 800hp. After all that is what they are running in NASCAR and then it could be Stock car again if ford sold something like that.
